Zeribe Onye is the Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer of NaviWave Maritime Solutions Limited, with extensive experience in maritime logistics, offshore operations, vessel management, and maritime security. He is the founder of Allybay Logistics Nigeria and served as Managing Director of Blue Anchorage Offshore Logistics from 2020 to 2025, providing vessel escort services, embarkation and disembarkation services, offshore security, and operational support for clients including Pinnacle Oil, Deepwaters Engineering Limited, Dangote Group, and China Harbour.
Zeribe also gained international logistics experience at Swift Marine, Greece (June–August 2024), where he coordinated supply chain operations, optimized inventory management, and implemented cost-saving measures that improved delivery efficiency and reduced operational costs.
He holds a BSc in Political Science from Imo State University, a Master’s degree in Shipping Management from ALBA Graduate Business School, Greece, and an HSE Level 2 certification. Zeribe is also a Candidate Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS), UK. He is recognized for his strategic leadership and commitment to maritime safety across high-risk offshore operations.
